Monday

Outdoor bike/run "brick workout"

6:30-8pm with Head Coach Nancy Hastings


Tuesday

Morning ride led by JP ( not a sanctioned ride)


Wednesday

Open swim at Gullivers and Lake Ontario ( member led with guidance from swim Coach Kelly Y)


Thursday

Morning ride led by JP ( not a sanctioned ride)


Saturday

Outdoor long bike ride ( not a sanctioned ride)


Sunday
