Typical training week options 



Tuesday

6:30pm Kenilworth Stairs


Wednesday

7:30-9pm indoor triathlon training at Burlington Y ( add on to membership)


Sunday

Long runs 8:30am- target races are Road to Hope, Chilly half marathon and Around the Bay

SPECIAL EVENTS~ "Stack up the Sports" for an endurance triathlon workout

COST: $20 FOR 1 WORKOUT OR $75 OR ALL 4 WORKOUTS
12:15-2:45 ( 45 MIN SWIM, 1 HOUR BIKE, 30 MIN RUN AND 15MIN STRETCH
